The Fixation is a medium to fast bag with a slower side that is very controllable, good for blocking and versatile with a speed rating of 4. Coupled with a faster side rated at a 9 which is still manageable and great for blasting through a pile of bags or just cleaning up and pushing. This bag has a great Pro fill which feels great in the hand right out of the box and requires little to no break in time.
