My issue is with the bags themselves (which may or may not be a reflection on Cornhole Addicts). These bags came out of the plastic postal mailer reeking of cigarette smoke and fabric softener – so either these were ‘used’ bags, or they were pretreated by the manufacturer and spent some time in the vicinity of a smoker before being sent to me.
Not sure why you are smelling smoke or fabric softener on the bags. I am the last person to touch the bags and I nor anyone in my house smokes. I assure you the bags we sell are brand new. I would never try to send used bags as new. If you want, send them back so I can see for myself and I will exchange.
