The Fixation is a medium to fast bag with a slower side that is very controllable, good for blocking and versatile with a speed rating of 5. Coupled with a faster side rated at a 9 which is still manageable and great for blasting through a pile of bags or just cleaning up and pushing.
This bag has a great Pro fill which feels great in the hand right out of the box and requires little to no break in time.

Great bags for less than those that are expensive and feel better when throwing them.
The fabric feels really durable and it will last a long time. My only issue is the speed ratings are off. These are supposed to be a 4/9 and the slow side glides off the board without any drag. Maybe get slower after they break-in?

Very good bags once they get wore in. They are very fast on both sides. I would purchase again
