If you need to cancel your order after placement, please email Customer Services at email@example.com ASAP or within 8 hours. The term “Cancellation” must be in the subject line of the email and the order number must be included in the email. Cornhole Addicts can not guarantee your order will be canceled if you do not email Customer Service ASAP. We do our best to process orders quickly and get them shipped out so we will do our best to help you.
Lost, Stolen or Damages
CornholeAddicts.com is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once USPS/FEDEX/UPS tracking confirms delivered, Cornhole Addicts is no longer responsible for package.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Cornhole Bags: For any returns or exchanges you must show proof of purchase from Cornhole Addicts (Original Order ID #). If purchased through a raffle (not including those we authorize coupon code for), refund/exchanges will not be honored.
All apparel/clothing: We have sizing charts on the product listing and recommend you to use them when purchasing. If there is no chart, the shirt or item is a regular fit. If you purchase the wrong size and would like to exchange it for the right size, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return as well as the shipping costs to send the new item out to you. It is always best to double check sizing before purchasing.
No returns will be accepted for customized items. These are made based off of images provided to us from you.
Any discrepancies with the purchased item must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package. Failure to report discrepancies in a timely manner may result in a non-corrective action.
If the customer is unsatisfied and would like to return the item for a refund, then the customer must send the item back within 3 business days of having received the item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return, as well as a restocking fee of 15% of sale price. A refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item. In the case of damage due to shipping, see below.*

*Any damage due to shipping must be reported within 2-3 days of shipment being received in order to properly file claim with UPS, USPS or FedEx.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any process used to “break in” bags voids any warranty as these processes breakdown fabric faster then natural.
Custom artwork or logos
** Any cornhole bags that are custom printed for a customer with their artwork or logo are not eligible for returns. This also goes for cornhole boards and any other custom logo merchandise sold on this site. Custom jerseys are also non-refundable as well.
We do not accept returns for merchandise that is the wrong size. Please order merchandise in a size larger if you’re unsure. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (less 15% restock fee) or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Custom and made-to-order products are not-eligible for returns/refunds such as the following:
- All jerseys
- Custom cornhole boards, scoreboards, pitch pads and airmail boxes (anything that is not our stock designs)
- Custom cornhole bags (anything that is not our stock designs)
- T-shirts and apparel are made-to-order and can only be returned or refunded if defective. If you ordered the wrong item or wrong size, we can not exchange, sorry.
** If you put the wrong shipping address in and the order gets returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the order back to you.
Cornhole Bag Exchange Policy
** If you ordered the wrong bag type or colors (ONLY applies to in stock bags, NO custom text or logo on the bags), you have 2 options:
1) You can return the bags within 3 days of purchase (you pay for shipping) & get refunded for the amount you paid for the product. Shipping is not refundable.
2) You can return the bags within 3 days of purchase (you pay for shipping old bags to me plus new bags to you)
- If you purchased the wrong bags and would like to exchange them this must be done within 3 days of purchase. They must be in the same condition as when you purchased. Bags must not have been washed, dried, sac relaxed, or treated with any other substance. The bags must have not been thrown. If there is evidence they have been used, we will not refund you.
