Great bags. They are pretty fast!
I was a once/twice per player for many years. In spring of 2021 I started practicing and throwing weekly. Upgraded my bags and got better quickly. This year, I wanted some faster bags and decided to go with the Pro Excels. I LOVE these bags. I have a softer throw now and these bags are perfect. The slick side is really fast but the “slow” side is what I would call a fast-medium. They are great for setting up that block and still have a good slide. If you throw hard or low then I might not recommend them but if you are an intermediate player and have some control then you won’t be disappointed. I’m about to order another set so I have 8 of them.
